In order to streamline our new membership application and renewal process, effective immediately, all applications must be presented to the Club Secretary, either in person at the flying field (M-F mornings normally), at the monthly club meeting or by mail to the Secretary's home address.  Application, (a single application for both new member and renewal) is available at club meetings, the flying field, the club web site, Charlie's Hobby Shop and by mail from the Secretary. 

In order to join or renew, the  application must be completed, and signed, a check (or hand-delivered cash) in the correct amount, and a copy of your current AMA card attached.  This completed application must then be given or mailed to the club Secretary.  The Secretary is the sole source for renewals, new members and current club cards.

Current members of BCF can renew their annual memberships each fall for the upcoming year by doing the following:
1. AMA Membership needs to be in force for the upcoming year.
2. BCF Membership must be accomplished prior to December 31.  Failure to meet this deadline will mean that a Member must pay the Initiation Fee (currently $125.00) to re-join BCF. Renewals can be accomplished at monthly Club Meetings, by seeing the Club Secretary at the flying field, or by mail.
3. Note: A Renewal Application postmarked by December 31 satisfies #2 above.
4. The BCF Flying Rules must be signed, signifying agreement to comply with all BCF Flying Rules.   Both the appllcation and signed BCF field flying rules must be returned to the club Secretary.
5. Make checks payable to Bay City Flyers, Inc.  (Annual Dues $75.00)
